Interior Design Project at Mistiq Gardens Tulum / SĀHLA🪬

SĀHLA was conceived as a serene retreat where timeless design, natural materials, and intentional living come together. Located within Mistiq Gardens Tulum, this two-bedroom residence was thoughtfully transformed to elevate both the lifestyle experience and the property’s investment appeal.

I approached this project through the lens of both an Interior Designer and a Real Estate Advisor, creating a space that not only feels beautiful but also increases market desirability in one of Tulum’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

Inspired by the warmth of natural textures, handcrafted details, and the quiet luxury that defines contemporary Tulum living, every element was carefully selected to create harmony, comfort, and emotional connection. Soft neutral palettes, organic fibers, warm woods, artisanal pieces, and subtle architectural accents work together to create an atmosphere that feels sophisticated yet effortless.

Beyond aesthetics, the design strategy focused on enhancing perceived value, strengthening the property’s identity, and creating a memorable experience for future owners, guests, or investors. The result is a residence that stands apart in a competitive market while remaining deeply connected to the spirit of Tulum.
